Red or white—each side tells its own story.
Burgundy’s greatness lies in its simplicity — Pinot Noir and Chardonnay,
shaped by place. To the north, the Côte de Nuits produces the region’s most
structured, age-worthy reds: powerful, earthy, and deeply aromatic. To the south,
the Côte de Beaune is famed for both its elegant Pinot and its world-class
Chardonnays, wines of texture and minerality that balance richness with grace.
Pair Côte de Nuits reds with roast duck, lamb, or mushroom dishes; Côte de
